10 easy and nutritious protein based snacks

Either to give you energy before you go to the gym or workout (if you work out), or to stimulate you at work, these protein snacks are the best choice! They will fill you up, give you energy and will not add unnecessary calories to your body! Below you will find our favorite options and some ways you can prepare such a snack in just minutes:

1 Cottage Cheese Fruit: What is your favorite fruit? Banana, melon, apple? Whichever you prefer, combine it with a ½ cup of cottage cheese and you will immediately have one of the most hearty and healthy snacks!

2 Smoked turkey or beef: Avoid those that are high in sodium and sugars and prefer natural or light-flavored ones. This snack is an excellent source of protein. Get a package and keep it in your fridge. Whenever you are hungry, between meals, it is a great choice!

3 Nuts: A handful of nuts and preferably a mix of nuts, they are an excellent choice for a protein-rich, healthy snack. You can add dried fruit to make it even more delicious. Almonds and pistachios are the best choice because they contain more protein.

4 Pumpkin Seeds: Pumpkin seeds are a light, healthy snack and an excellent source of protein. Clean them well, let them dry and bake them in the oven, or just buy them ready. Half a cup of pumpkin seeds contains about 14g. protein. It is an ideal food before your gym or workout because it gives you a lot of energy.

5 Boiled Eggs: A nutritious choice and very simple to cook, are eggs. They give you tremendous energy and are an excellent source of protein. Boil some eggs, peel them and place them in a tray in your fridge. You’ll have a healthy snack all week. If you want, you can combine it with a slice of wholemeal bread, or with some croutons and a few cherry tomatoes.

6 Peanut Butter: Delicious, nutritious and healthy. Combine it with celery and toss some almonds, cashews or hazelnuts on top. If you don’t like celery, replace it with green apple.

7 Tomato Rolls: Use 2 pieces of meat of your choice (chicken, turkey or veal). Put on top of a slice of toast cheese and toss some pepper. Add a slice of tomato and a little lettuce and you’ve got the perfect snack!

8 Protein Beverage: Put in a shaker of 1 protein scoop, a little orange juice and a little grated ice. You can also whip up 1 scoop of protein with 1/2 cup milk and a banana, add some crushed ice and have a cool, healthy and delicious drink .which will fill you up and provides you lots of energy. do not have supermolecule powder? build the subsequent drink …

9 Healthier Milkshake: Blend one banana, 1 tsp of peanut butter, 1 cup of chocolate milk and some ice. Beat them well and have the healthiest milkshake!

10 Oatmeal Cookies: In a glass bowl, pour π cup of oatmeal, 1cm. brown sugar, 1cm flour, 1 egg white, 1 vanilla, ¼ tsp. baking powder, 1kg. cinnamon and 1cm dried grapes. Stir the mixture well and swamp in the microwave for 45 seconds. Enjoy!
