Quick and easy protein snack recipe

Today we offer a protein snack recipe and more particularly a protein bowlcake, very quick to prepare and delicious, you can enjoy it at breakfast or as a snack.

Protein snack recipe:

Ingredients :

  • 50g rolled oats (crushed or not)
  • 30g whey to taste of your choice
  • Van Houten chocolate powder
  • half a sachet of yeast
  • a square of dark chocolate 80%

The preparation :

Nothing’s easier ! Take a bowl and add 300 ml of water to it, then add the rolled oats, whey , Van Houten chocolate powder and half a sachet of yeast, mix everything, put the chocolate square in the middle of your preparation .

Put the bowl in the microwave on maximum power for 3 minutes (more or less depending on the power of your microwave) you are with a beautiful protein bowlcake, all you have to do is unmold it and taste it!

Because yes it can be good, if the nutritional composition of protein snack is not in accordance with our bodybuilding practice it will not! Rest assured, this is what our beautiful protein snack is made of:

  • 390 calories
  • 32g of protein
  • 37g of carbohydrates
  • 13g of (good) lipids
